Investment
- D.A. is currently seeking investors with an appetite to fund a portion of, or all the ~$7 MM project costs required to develop, construct, and bring phase 1 of the Palm Coast entertainment complex to operations (Investors keen to build all 3 phases at once are also welcome)
Return
- In return, we intend to provide investor(s) shares in D.A. to provide above market, risk-adjusted returns over a five-year period based on the competitive advantages of the project discussed herein
