The new age in entertainment is about two things:  Experience and socializing.

People are no longer satisfied with just watching a movie or a sports event.  They already do this all day on their hand-held devices.  They now want to be part of the action and experience things for themselves.  People also want to do this together.  After the pandemic, people now want to re-connect and hang out with friends and family more than ever before.  So being social and being part of the experience is now what drives entertainment. 

Our team aims to take advantage of the growing need for both experience-based entertainment and social based entertainment.

Destination Adventure is a proposed 30,000 square foot entertainment venue in the Flagler-Palm Coast area of Northeast Florida.  We will serve the immediate and surrounding communities which are in desperate need of entertainment. 

The complex will consist of entertainment to satisfy all ages, and many different tastes.  Our business model will attract and delight everyone from corporate events to birthday parties;  young couples and singles, and growing families to retirees.

Our state-of-the-art entertainment venue will also attract those traveling through the area, and those wanting to stay and enjoy everything the local area has to offer.

The primary mission of Destination Adventure is to provide safe, fun, and active entertainment for all ages, as well as providing a fantastic place to work and grow.

The complex will be supported with fresh, high-quality, local and internationally-inspired food, beverage, and craft beer offerings with in-house kitchen operations.  Menu items will be refreshed seasonally and as appropriate for guest demands.

Who we are

One of our founders is a 5th generation Floridian from New Smyrna Beach.  He and his family traveled the US for 20 years, and when they moved back to Florida, they were both astounded at the growth that had happened and surprised that there was still a large entertainment void.

So about a year ago, a small group of friends and family decided to create a world-class entertainment venue together.  Normally we spend our days developing, building or financing wind and solar farms, electrical substations, and transmission lines.  But with a natural love of people and the massive need in the community, Destination Adventure was born.

Current status

We’ve completed multiple feasibility studies and market analyses.  The attractions have been selected and the financial model is complete.  Properties are being considered, as we work with both the county and the City to determine the best and most cost-effective location.

We’re currently looking for equity partners who want to be a part of something positive, fun and profitable within the community.
